The 55-storey freehold tower designed by Hijjas Kasturi Associates was completed in 2001.

According to Knight Frank Research in its Real Estate Highlights for the second half of 2021, the cumulative supply of office space in Klang Valley stood at around 112.
The closing date for the first stage of the sale is on March 18 at 12pm.
It added that the decision to move their offices will enable significant cost savings from a rental and maintenance perspective.
Considering the ongoing pandemic, would there be that many entrepreneurs keen to turn older buildings into hotels? The telco also said it is in the process of relocating its office to its own properties both in Kuala Lumpur and Cyberjaya.
